West Coast Leather entered the Sublime Avenue narrative in 2023, after a serendipitous introduction through Skip Pas’s daughter on social media. What began as a digital connection quickly evolved into creative kinship—sealed when Skip debuted his Hot Pink collection on our runway, featuring the unforgettable zebra-striped dress that has since become one of his most recognizable signatures: equal parts rebellion and refinement. That same show also cemented our partnership with another extraordinary force—Katya Rychkova of Katya Rich Beauty, a remarkable talent in the makeup world, accomplished business owner, and editor of her own magazine
